Located in the historical centre of Milan, the new luxury residential Complex of Via Carducci 29 combines modernity, high-tech and great care for details.
The project consists of a well-framed architectural building of seven floors, which provide 10 different housing solutions. For this building, Progetto CMR created a new way of mixing the spaces and light, balancing housing, wellness and environmental issue, such as air quality.
The result is a refined mixture of the hot colours of stone and wooden furniture with cold colours of wall, and viceversa.
