Progetto CMR confirms its position as the only Italian firm in the global WA100 ranking of the largest architectural companies by number of professionals. The Milan-based company ranks 67th in the list, led by the US giant Gensler, compiled by the historic British magazine *Building Design*.

Since its foundation in 1994, Progetto CMR has grown steadily: today, in addition to its headquarters in Via Franco Russoli 6 in Milan, it has six offices in Rome, Athens, Istanbul, Beijing, Hanoi, and Jakarta. Progetto CMR is a partner of EAN – European Architect Network – an international network of design firms – and boasts a multidisciplinary team of over 20 nationalities. With a portfolio of more than 4,000 national and international projects covering 40 million square meters of built space, the company has demonstrated the ability to operate across various sectors and project scales: from urban master planning to workspace planning, from healthcare to sports architecture, and industrial design.

Progetto CMR has designed and implemented projects in over 20 countries around the world, including: Albania, Belgium, Brazil, Cambodia, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, England, Italy, Kenya, Senegal, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, and Vietnam.

Today, Progetto CMR is composed of several business units working in synergy with teams specialized in Building Design, Engineering & Construction, Interior Design, and Health & Safety to manage the development of projects at all stages, from feasibility studies to final realization. The portfolio in the Hospitality sector is growing significantly, with projects for major industry operators, such as the Hotel Puccini in Milan, and in Student Housing, like the new student residence for the University of Milan on Via Muzio Attendolo Sforza.
