Preservation is the key word for the new high-level tourist complex.
The site area is located in Kuta Selatan, one of the most exclusive area in Bali, strictly connected to the New Kuta Golf. The proposed solution aims to integrate the masterplan to the existing landscape through the creation of a new complex of villas and Hotel buildings sorrounded by nature.
The extensive green roofs, together with the landscaping integration between buildings and nature, makes this part of the masterplan in harmony with nature.
